I have done PGDBA in HR and currently, I am working in the hospitality sector in admin department. I am grooming for Learning and Development Executive wherein I am going through overall functional training of front office, Housekeeping and F & B. Now my mentor has asked me to go through skill the training in each department to understand the puls of the department. My mentor is working in a very huge organization and she has very limited time availability depicted that she is helping me. I have skill knowledge of front office department. Can anyone help me guide me about it? It would be highly appreciated. Please help me.
