I had joined a company after graduation and worked there for 25 days and received some salary too as it was between two months. Work environment was extremely bad and could not take it more. So, I sent online resignation from HR portal which was later disapproved. Afterwards, I stopped going to company. It demanded money via advocate for training and notice period pay which I did not pay and they branded me as absconding employee in the letters sent to me. Received no work ex letter and relieving certificate. Later they stopped bothering me. Now, I will do my post graduation and when I join a new job it will be 3 years to absconding from that job. So, I am not going to show this work ex anywhere and hence it will be zero (I will be fresher as I did not do any job apart from that stint). But the thing should I inform about my UAN/PF to new employer. Will they kick me out if they get to know about the thing? Or should I hide my UAN/PF and they will create a new one. My old UAN is NOT seeded with Aadhar and PAN. I am extremely worried and not able to sleep properly and I keep thinking about this all the time.

Pl check your PF contribution status with the help of UAN number , it is not likely that the employer may have deposited your PF contribution. If there is any amount deposited, even then you could withdraw it after two months and close that account as you are not taking up immediate employment. Since your UAN is not linked to Adhar /PAN there is no likelihood of your previous linkage coming up.

@KK!HR sir, Thanks a lot for your help, I appreciate it. Sir, I have some negligible amount in PF account. For withdrawing with or without Aadhar process, EPFO office forms ask for PAN and Aadhar, so then UAN account will become KYC, right? And how does account get closed, automatically after we withdraw full amount?

Sir, what if I donít want to withdraw amount as itíll require aadhar/pan also amount is negligible, and just make a new UAN? Will it be fine?
