Hi...We have a employees association in our organisation which is now virtually defunct as no serving employees are its members. Its only composed of staff who took VSS and some who were retrenched as their department shut down. But this association still claims it represents employees and tries to interfere a lot. I want to check if this association is still registered with Registrar of trade union and are they meeting all criterion to be called as association. Can anyone guide me whom and how to approach.
