Is this company i.e. new one where you joined now complying EPF & ESI?
If not, you are escaped. Just withdraw from your EPF account.
But from your post #10 above, it seems this company is complying EPF. You can not hide your UAN here because it is linked to your aadhar.
I suggest, you tell your HR the fact under what circumstances you absconded your earlier employment and why you hide it. Genuine HR or Company will accept you. Wish you all the BEST.
