I joined my job on 04/02/2017 and ESIC contribution started from same date. I delivered my baby on 11/12/2017. I started my maternity leave on 09/11/2017 and ended on 09/05/2018. Am I eligible for maternity benefit salary for six months. I am clearing the contribution period and benefits period condition as per rule 56(1) of ESIC (CENTRAL) 1950 ACT ... PLEASE GUIDE
Yes, you are entitled for the the benefit and you can approach ESIC office for he necessary formalities.
