Good day !!!
As i am working in a Logistics Industry as Human resource , here we need to start "Reward & Recognition" in our company , but i have one challenge how to evaluate performance of our Sales Team .
Kindly advice what should be the criteria to Judge their performance , however i have drafted one frame work for R & R .
