Can anybody help me to draft Roles and Responsibilities of Internal Complaints Committee 's Presiding Officer, NGO and Members as per the 2013 Act.

Nature of Help Sought:" Can anybody help me to draft Roles and Responsibilities of Internal Complaints Committee 's Presiding Officer, NGO, and Members as per the 2013 Act."

"Kritarth Team has, 2013 onwards, successfully "Drafted Certain Guidelines" for Effective Functioning of the Internal Committee Members, across the Country. The Guidelines designed by Kritarth Team are Simple and Easy to know and Follow.
The Guidelines provided by Kritarth Team have proved Very Useful and Helpful to the IC Members because we know and understand that the IC Members are Employees ordinarily doing allotted Duties and generally have little Idea about the Nature of their 25 Duties/Tasks entrusted to them by the Law like
1. How to Self-Govern, Independently without any Bias, Prejudice, Arbitrariness etc and Not to yield to any External
Influence, Pressure etc
2. How to Conduct Conciliation Proceedings and prepare Report;
3. How to Conduct Inquiries into Sexual Harassment Complaint in accordance with Principles of Natural Justice
and the Inquiry Procedures laid down by the Courts;
4. How to Write Inquiry Report with definite and conclusive Findings for the IC Findings are Final and Binding;
and,
5. How to Write "IC Recommendations" to be forwarded to the Employer; and
6. Prepare Annual Reports to be Filed before the District Officer under the Signature of the IC Presiding Officer in
respect of Calendar years 2013 onwards.
Every IC is entrusted with nearly 25 Duties/Tasks, to be performed properly and faithfully, in Letter and Spirit and to obey the applicable Laws of the Land and the Constitution of India, Every Internal Committee ought to be thoroughly Competent. A Set of Guidelines come Handy, Helpful and Time-Saving.
