I have completed my graduation (BSc MPC) in 2002 and worked as school teacher till 2006. In 2006 I was joined in Software Company in resource management (Business Wait) team worked till 2009 and from 2009 to 2018 I was worked in infra company in HR Department and relieved as an assistant Manager – HR.
I have completed my MBA – HR in 2010 and well versed with MS-Officer, internet browsing and excel formulas.
Please advise to improve my skills in HR as in my tenure I have covered only following parts in HR
1) Recruitment
2) Payroll (Excel)
3) PF/ESI/Contract Labour acts
