I was insist to leave immediately, having told that there is crises of fund in system. I was given Paid 15 days to search next job. but in full & final settlement, company deduct even my 15 days notice period shortfall. I tried to speak they said, pursue any other course of action & do complaint any where.

Although a complaint could lie before the Labour Officer, it is not likely to yield any worthwhile result, as first of all company is starved of funds, secondly you appears to have received 15 days salary in F&F settlement after agreeing to it, next realising the money is a long drawn process and if the establishment closes down in the meanwhile then you will be left without recourse.
