Employees working in any company/organisation over 240 days, he will be entitled to get permanent job?

I am having a whatsapp image regarding Temporary job vs permanent job... Do not know should i believe this news or not. By the way here i am attaching this cutting of newspaper. According to this newspaper if any employees are working in any company/organisation over 240 days, he will be entitled to get permanent job.
And please check this and confirm me accordingly if it is true and relevant.
