Please contact the exp section at ESI office. Carry an authorisation letter with you. They will can the challan immediately

I dropped a mail to ESIC
they already inform me to submit authority letter (letter format for to cancelled given by ESIC)
the same has submitted by Mail on 15 May 2018
but till date I had not received any reply for the same...
for the same reason I had already contacted to our Local ESIC Office at Kolhapur they inform me to contact Pune office but not get any proper guidance from there end....
already this happened in May 18 till date not any reply from ESIC
please sir if you having any concern person contact or mail details please inform
