Hello i have completed my 8 years in a pvt ltd it company. after 5 years i have taken 1 year maternity leave and then rejoined. am i eligible for gratuity? now i resigned. can i claim gratuity?

Hi i have received gratuity and then rejoined the same company. i have not completed 5 years after rejoining the company. am i eligible for the gratuity for the period i have spent after rejoining ? my employee number and pf details did not change after rejoining. for more details please read the below: a i worked in company 5 days a week for little over calendar 6 years 5 months 2368 calendar days and received the gratuity. b i worked in another company 5 days a week for little over 6 months 200 calendar days. i rejoined the earlier company a without break after relieving from the above company b. i have worked in company a 5 days a week for calendar 1 year 11 months 704 calendar days after rejoining. am i eligible for gratuity for this period ? my employee number pf number/trust etc did not change after rejoining.

Hi. i need some help. i joined a company in july 2015 and continued till march end 2019. so 3 years and 8 months. then i resigned and rejoined the same company after 3 months and the new joining date was july 2nd 2019. now i am working there. it has been a total of more than 5 years with the same company. if i leave now will i get gratuity? i have the same employee id and my payslips still show the old 2015 joining date.

No gratuity policy in our company - employee demanding gratuity upon resignation
One of our employee has completed 6 years with our company and has resigned and relieved by the company. there is no gratuity policy in our company but after getting relieving letter the employee is asking for gratuity. can anyone suggest what should we do in such a matter as i don t have much knowledge of gratuity. please help me out with suitable answer.
