As discussed with HR department of Instapower Ltd, many of the times since 2015), there is no helpful response on this matter.

Employer must correct the contribution, if employer not helpful then asked for form 3A from date of joining and take certification by employer.
Put application with all details to concern PF office in which PF code has been issued for rectificatiion.

You need to prepare a txt file of ecr (new format) month wise with correct figures, take it on pen-drive and submit to your EPFO with covering letter requesting correction.
