First i share one case.
In my organization one female employee got pregnant. She has informed us after 3 month. Also she has company medi-claim policy, she has covered under esic also, now my questions are:
If she want to take benefit,
1 from esic like leaves, wages, what forms should we submit and when they have to submitted?
2 how to calculate her wages under esic ?
3 when will she eligible to get all benefit?
4 when will she eligible for leave?
5 will she can apply both places of cash benefit like . Esic & medic lam reimbursement?
