i am going to register under esic act for labour supplier but there is advance contribution of rs 41168. But what is future benefit of this advance contribution. how to utilized this.

Certain category of employers e.g. labour suppliers, labour contractors, security contractors etc. are required to pay ESI contribution for next 6 months in advance when they apply for registration under ESIS.
This amount paid in advance is adjusted against actual contribution payable therafter in subsequent months. Unless this payment is not made, ESI code is not allotted.
