When there is no child labour, I think there is no need for remedy.
But as a policy you can have guideline in your HR manual/handbook stating that child labour are prohibited.The policy should specify that you take all measures to ensure employee is not a child like age proof collection,medical fitness etc.
One of Auditor from other consulting firm conducted audit in factory and comments in CAP about "Child labor remediation program not in place". whereas factory is following HR manual/handbook stating that child labor are prohibited. Please advise and provide if there are any kind of relevant documents or any policy as per new system in 2019.
