Joining formalities means :
1. Welcoming to new joinees on joining date.
2. Collecting of relieving letter of Previous company
3. Collecting of Experience Certificate, Educational certificates (as mentioned in CV)
4. Collecting of last drawn salary slip
5. Handing over Appointment letter
6. Taking signature on xerox copy of Appointment letter
7. Explaining about Company ( Brief presentation)
8. Explaining about hierarchy of organization
9. Get fill up the PF nomination form, Gratuity Form, Superannuation Form, if applicable, ESI form, mediclaim coverage Form etc.
10. Get fill up the Employemnt Form
11. Giving the welcome kit ( includes Stationary items etc..)
