I have been recently started working as a Sr. HR in US recruitment firm. management wanted me to come up with an incentive plan for a Recruiters weekly and monthly basis. This is my first job in US recruitment firm. Please advise as to how to set incentives and what parameter we can judge them so that we can motivate our team.
