Here I am seeking for some details of yearly compensation, hike - increment of an employee. We currently provide from 10 to 40 % of the hike depending on the performances but we still feel that we are going wrong somewhere. If anyone can help me with their suggestion what rate to be followed for a yearly hike?
we would like to reform our compensation policy.
what is the market rate in IT industry?
Do % vary with the different scale of salary packages? eg. if we give 30% hike to 20 k monthly package, does it remain same with the 30k monthly package? assuming both of their performances are excellent.
