Working in startup Company and they want to get register under ESIC but all employees drawing salary above ESIC Salary limit.
Then, how things will proceed

If not eligible under ESI Act, the employees are covered under Workmen's Compensation Act / Suggest Employees comprehensive medical insurance policy with any approved Insurance Company.
