what is the procedure to get contract, ESI and PF Licence..?

can anyone please give me details of getting labour contract licence.How to get ,where to go,what is the amount to pay to the governament for the follwing,
1.to get labour contract licence
2.to get esi licence
3.to get pf licence....??

Dear Anamika , you have to Pay prescribed Fees & Documents to get License under CLA.Regarding Allotment of PF & ESI Code Numbers you have to submit Prescribed Documents/Details.No Fees is payable under ESI & EPF Act by the Employer
