The topic you chose to post here is on AI, i.e., Artificial Intelligence. Though this topic is a hot topic today, I feel very few HR professionals are aware of or have heard of it. You should have posted on what AI is and made the readers aware of it.

I know only this much: like any other tool and technique, AI is also going to revolutionize HR. However, I can see the impact of it on jobs when you start investing in IT infrastructure. After employing AI, work will be delivered with minimal people, efficiently and in minimal time. You will survive by upgrading with the latest trends and tools like AI.
