Please help me to ask my boss for salary increment.
Actually In july 2017 i met with an accident due to that i had resigned my job. Again in july 2018 i have rejoined it is nearly 1 year now. Before i resign my salary was 15000/m still they are giving same. I want to ask my boss personally

In stead of writing an email, meet your boss personally.
Before you go, do a bit of homework , like highlighting your achievements, ( providing data will support as to why you should be given an hike.)
Most of important, meet the person in charge, when the concerned is in a good mood.

As Amby mentioned in the post, draft your achievements in the appraisal period. If it is really above expectation, go ahead and talk to him over phone. If he responds positively, act accordingly and wait for it.
