Hellen Haapisi
I am Hellen a student from HR department and I am interested in doing a research on employee voice behaviour. Based on my experience I found that employees decided not to speak or speak over a dissatisfactory situation at work. So my framework variables to study are as follows :
IV=Ethical Leadership
DV=Employee voice behaviour
Mediator=ethical culture
Mediator=Psycological empowerment
Please help me to work out my framework and if there are any good variables for moderator and mediator that i should used.
Your comments and feedbacks are appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. This research is a requirement for my master degree program.
the purpose of this research is to examine whether ethical leadership and psychological empowerment have an influence on employee voice behaviour.
So the focus of this research would be the public sector employees since there is an increased demand from the citizen for the public officers to deliver transparent and timely service. This issue has been raised many times by the citizen but leaders never been addressed this issues. So in this case, what is employees role?And I think the employee voice plays the important role to speak up and make the suggestion to the leaders to improve service delivery in the public sector. This connects to my moderating variable of work climate.
Hope I answered your question.
