We member of this forum understand the rough patch of your career that you are passing through however, you have not mentioned the type of work you do and why you are unable to perform. You blame your poor performance to your management, your team members and above all not giving training to you to perform the task. You say that you have been getting poor ratings for the last two years. Nevertheless, if this was the situation, then why you did not approach your management and asked for the training to augment your performance? Have you taken feedback from your Manager on how to improve your performance?
At this stage, we members of this forum cannot tell you anything more than to identify your shortcomings and overcome them to retain your job. This is an HR Forum and probably you work in some IT technical department.
Going further, you have blamed your management for harassment. However, this is your version. We need to know the views from other side also. Therefore, no comments can be made on whether you faced harassment at the hands of the management.
Now coming to the way you have written your post. It is far from satisfactory. Your post reflects that you may not have quality orientation. You have written a post as if rules of grammar do not apply to you! In addition to this, there are many spelling mistakes too. Why you felt that this forum does not maintain professional standards? Can this type of post be acceptable by a person who is 40? Therefore, the only thing can be told to you is to improve your faith on quality in general and accuracy in particular.
Lessons for HR Professionals: - Going by the accounts that the originator of this post has given, it can be deduced that this is a clear case of mismatch between skills that the employee possesses and requirement of the job. While it is difficult to get a person who 100% fit for the job, the skill deficiency can be bridged by organising the training. However, the poster says that he was not given any training. Therefore, the company in general and HR in particular has failed in recruitment as well as employee training. The poster is under stress or in distraught condition because of these two reasons. Nevertheless, there is a possibility that the very HR could be organising workplace games to engage employees or organising lectures by outside speakers on workplace stress. If true, then doing so, the HR could be ignoring the root cause of the issue. That this type of post comes from a person who works in international bank adds further surprise.

As discussed in the previous post I can not explain each and everything in details as its a public site. Is it possible to talk to you or any other HR professional on Phone. Although Its an international Bank I am working with, the job category is BPO back-end operations. We have to review complaints of the customer and make them payment. As I have mentioned in previous post regarding harassment. Its actually happening and due to this I am feeling stress while working and not able to concentrate on work.
I have been working in this organization from last 5 years and my previous process was resolved and I was moved to different process. In the same organization in my previous process I was a consistent performer. Even I have total 10 years experience and this is my third company. I have worked in renowned companies as of now and worked efficiently.
Please also help me for further possibilities of new job
I would be very thankful to you if I would be able to discuss the scenario over phone.
Thanks and Regards
