It is not a candidate driven market nowadays.Jobs are scarce and candidates more.
Several crores applied for railway jobs recently released.
However companies can plan their interviews and selection process well to select good candidates.
First the company should be one which is rated well in their field.
Secondly their pay, working atmosphere should be excellent that there is always queue for jobs of the company.
Thirdly process of selection should be transparent and quick and well defined so that selected people do not have to endlessly wait for BGV and appointment orders etc.
Interviews and selection methods should be professional enough to weed out weak links and get the best suited for the profile they are looking forward.
