I have completed MBA with HR specialization and i have overall 6.0 years of experience in HR Operations like recruitment ,HR Generalist activities
after my MBA i have started my career in consultancy as a recruiter after that i have entered into One mnc company as a talent acquisition specialist in recruitment .
After sometime some particular reasons and pressure i have left the job and i have joined as a HR Generalist in one company .
As my supervision of my self i am a very hard worker,talented ,motivated people but i have one bad habit to forgot the things very easily and very careless ness because of that i think i am not able to grow in career ,not able to get the good promotion in the company
i am a individual work player not able to work as a team.
I need to improve my leadership skills and management skills.
Can you please suggest how i can able to improve my management skills ,team leader skills.

I have consultant working experience & Corporate company experience .
Now i am planning to start consultancy on my self .
I Have some contacts with IT Company clients i.e means previously i have worked for that clients .
But i don't have any proper plan how to start consultancy and how to bring clients for my business .
I am very polite person,hardworking ,good motivation to the people.
Can you please give some valuable advice me to get to start consultancy.

You have given two posts. The first post contradict with itself. Consequently, the second contradicts with the first. It appears that you are quite confused about future course of action.
In the first post, you say that you are good at motivating people. However, in the same post, later you say that you are not a team player and you prefer working individually. Those who work alone, how can they motivate others? Going further, in the second post, you write that you wanted to start your own business. A person who prefers working alone, is not a team player by his own admission, can he be fit to be an entrepreneur?
The positive thing about your first post is that you have identified your weaknesses. But then small amount of self-awareness is not sufficient. You need to take feedback from those who are close to you and find out whether you have entrepreneurial mindset or not. To do business, one needs to understand the market and customer very well. Have you understood that?
Lastly, you may take a psychometric test and take insight on your personality. This will help you in removing your confusion.

I am a very best team player and i got lots of applauds from my previous company.
Wherever i worked company will love me because of my work and attitude and they don't want to leave me .
As of now i have changed two company's still they are ready to rehire me because of my passion of work and attitude & my performance.when i put the resignation people are not ready to leave me why because i am best team player and i am a best performer.if i stay in my last company my career should be very bright but unconditional situation i left the company.
But now i need suggestions to improve my carrier.
