Hi, Please tell me, what is the eligibility of retrenchment benefit for workmen and how it is calculated?
In this case the employee should not resign at his own. Let the employer terminate him. If so, he will be entitled to get termination benefit of 120 days salary and termination benefit of 30 days salary for every completed one year service.
May be the answer is clear.

Please can you revert with the section as you told above regarding termination clause and also is the company is liable for paying CTC or basic salary to amployee if they terminate the to employee.
Please revert.

If the any employee service is less than 6 month and company don't want to continue that employee without any reason then how much retrenchment will give them and how to calculate it.
