Due to shortage of skilled Labour, we are planning to go for in house training program where in trainees will be given training for a minimum period of 3 months and maximum of 6 months. After training period subject to their performance and availability of position we may take them for company's appointment. Request you to kindly upload a good trainee appointment letter format. Further suggestion, if any, on this issue is most welcomed.

My suggestion would be to select trainees under 'National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) ,and after the training you may select the best out of the trainees.
