Please help me with PF Calculation - As the person salary is 16000 and basic is 6400(40%) - so PF will be deducted?

If the salary is Rs.16000/- as per the PF rules you should keep basic + DA as Rs.15000/- and not less than that. you have to deduct the PF on Rs.15000/- Regards, C.R.Ramesh 9845187428
