While i am well aware that a services company is to follow the T.N shops and establishments Act 1947 where an employee is given 12 days of casual leave, 12 sick leave and 12 earned leave . I am confused how so many private companies are able to modify this and reduce the casual and sick leave days.
It there any point i am missing ? or is it that 12 is the maximum that is to be given ?
