Pls suggest me , if we appointing a office boy as casual purpose, what should be the procedure, and he will be entitle for PF and ESI or not, What will be his leave and pay day calculation, and according to WB labour act what will be his sal, Please guide me.

Casual employees are not exempted from ESI and PF from the date of appointment, provided your established is covered under ESI & PF. To avoid unnecessary complication engage Office Boy through Contract Service Provider.
