At the time of relieving i forget to ask my HR to credit my Earned leaves/ Privilege leaves which i have also the company has policy too. Its been more than a year now as i was on break due to maternity, now am i eligible to ask my credit my Earned leaves/ Privilege leaves.

Dear Indu,
If the company policy provides it, you are certainly eligible to get the encashment of PL/EL. Infant HR should have initiated the same even without your asking.
Please get in touch with your past employer by giving necessary details. What about other eligibility like PF, EPS etc.
