I am Anil Kumar. I was working with Protocol Solutions Pvt Ltd, it's a private organization and nature of business is Airline ticketing/travel industry.
Total 100-150 employees were employed in this organization. My designation was "Executive CBDM - REFUNDS" and I was taking care of Refunds Department. I joined the company on 10th December 2015 and on 11th September 2017 my HR Manager "Deepinder" forced me to sign resignation. I don't have any proof of demand of resignation.. it can be only proved through recording of conference room's cctv camera.
I was never issued any stinker, memo, show cause notice from my HR department.
And I have all documents like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, appraisal letter and salary slips ..etc. My attendance can be checked through biometric and pay slips.
I have already given handover of my department in written. I have my UAN, PF number and Passbook.
It's already 7 months passed but till date I didn't get my PF and FNF amount. My HR Manager "Deepinder" always makes excuse and asking that you will get your PF and FNF amount by month end.
Please help me to get my PF and FNF amount from my employer.

Dear Anil,
You cannot prove about asked to resignation as you don't have any proof and recording of CCTV will only provide visuals and not sound. Secondly you should have not resigned even asked to do so if you was not wanting to.
About your statutory dues, you can file your written complaint to regional PF commissioner and labour office with the set of documents. They will surely help you to resolve the query.
