Hello ,
I am working as a core hr person in a media organization I have some queries about the procedure of annually salary increment? and after the hike of salary the next procedures?

Salary Increment process can be suggested based on initial data like organization size, current process etc.
After Salary hike, you will have to generate salary breakup, increment letters. etc. for all the employees. Also, MIS has to be generated which can be useful in the next appraisal cycle.
