इसके बाद hr वाले 30 नवंबर को काल करके कहते है 15 दिन में रेसिग्नशन दे दो ।
मए सही काम कर रहा था और मेरे परफॉरमेंस भी ठीक थी , मैंने रेसिग्नशन देने से मना कर दिया । ऐसे ही जनवरी 18 की 24 तारीख हो गईं , मुझसे कहा गया रेसिग्नशन दे दो नही तो तुम्हारे साथ गलत होगा । फिर मुझे 25 जनवरी18 को एक शो कॉज नोटिस भेजा गया जिसमें पहला मुझ पर फेक ट्रांसक्शन के झूठे आरोप लगाया गया औऱ दूसरा मेरा परफॉर्मेंस निम्नस्तर का बताया गया ।
मैंने उसका जवाब भेजा की मैं कंपनी के नियमानुसार कार्य कर रहा हु और मैंने कुछ गलत नही किया है औऱ मेरा परफॉर्मेंस हर माह सुधर रहा है ।
उसके 3 दिन बाद मेल आता है की आपके 121 कस्टमर ने 256 ट्रांसक्शन करे है और यहऑर्गनिसेड फ्राड है और परफॉर्मेंस सही नही हैं ।
इसके बाद hr का कॉल आया कि जल्दी जवाब दो या रेसिग्नशन कर दो ,मैंने कहा क्यों करू जब कुछ गलत नही किया तो । मैंने फिर जवाब भेजा कि मैं पूरी तरह से कंपनी के नियमअनुसार काम कर रहा हु और कुछ गलत नही किया और साथ मैं मैने आपनी पिछले 3 माह की परफॉर्मेंस शीट और कॉन्टेस्ट की परफॉर्मेंस भेजी जिसमे हमारी टीम के कई लोग मुझसे पीछे थे । मेरे पास कॉल आया रेसिग्नशन कि लिए मैने कहा फेक ट्रांसक्शन का डेटा दो तो उन्होंने कहा देते है , मैंने कहा कि मैंने आपनी परफॉर्मेंस रिपोर्ट भेजी है तुव कहने लगे वो अपने खुद बना ली है ।
फिर 3 दिन बाद काल आया और इस बार कहा कि हम तुम्हे मुम्बई ट्रांसफर कर देदेते है में एग्री हो गया मैंने कहा मुझे 10 दिन का समय दीजेए मेरे बेटे की पढ़ाई चल रही है और पिताजी का भी स्वास्थ्य ठीक नही है ।
उन्होंने कहा हम नही जानते 3 दिन आ जाओ नही तो रेसिग्नशन दे दो या हम टर्मिनेट कर देंगे , मैने कहा आप मेल करो मै जवाव भेजता हु पर ट्रांसफर के लिए कोई ईमेल नही आया ।
इस बीच मुझे टायफॉइड हो गया और मए छुट्टी ले लीफिर मुझे 15 फरवरी को काल आया कि क्या सोचा मैंने कहा कि मेरे भी यहाँ के माहौल से मन भर गया है और मैं भी फैमिली वाला व्यक्ति हु मुझे भी दूसरी व्यवस्था के लिए एक डेढ़ महिने का टाइम देवे ।
उन्होंने मुझे दुबारा 16 फरवरी को तीन महीने बाद 14 दिन का PIP दे दिया जो कि 2 मार्च को खत्म हो गया ।
1मार्च से ही दिन में 4 बार कॉल कर के रेसिग्नशन मांगने लगे धमकी देने लगे की तुम्हे टर्मिनेट कर देंगे , तुम्हारा फीडबैक नेगटिव देंगे , तुम्हारा एक्सपेरिएंस और रिलीविंग लेटर नही देंगे या नेगेटिव रिमार्क के साथ देंगे । मैने कहा कि मै आपके हाथ जोड़ता हु आप मुंह 15 -2० मार्च का समय देवे ।
मैने 10 मार्च तारीख को उन्हें मेल किया कि आप इस माह 14 दिन और टाइम पर मुझे कोई ईमेल का जवाब नही आया और 13 तारीख को मुझे ईमेल कर दिया कि तुम्हे टर्मिनेट किया जा रहा है ।
मुझे ईमेल लिया गया कि तुम 16 तारीख से सिस्टम में नही हो और मेरी ऑफिसियल आईडी लॉक कर दी ।
मै काफी टेंशन मए आ गया और मैने भी अपानी पर्सनल ईमेल आईडी से 13 मार्च18 को ही अपने रिपोर्टिंग बॉस और HR को अपना रेसिग्नशन लेटर ईमेल कर दिया । पर अब वो न मेरा काल पिक कर रहे है और न ही मेरा रेसिग्नशन एक्सेप्ट कट रहे है ।, मेरा रिलीविंग और एक्सपीरियंस लेटर भी देने से मना कर रहे है ।
इस बीच मेरा दिसंबर , जनवरी, फरवरी का परफॉरमेंस बाकी टीम मेंबर की तुलना में अच्छा रहा है और दिसंबर 18 माह का गो इंसेंटिव्स भी आया था ।
