I have posted a query about 6 months back regarding non payment of Arrears of salary from retrospective date by the employer on the grounds of my resignation from service.I was working as an Accountant in a pvt.co-op.bank when I resigned.After the new MOS signed in oct 17,the Accountant post was renamed as Asst.Manager.
Now my query is whether I can lodge a formal complaint with labour commissioner for refusing me to pay the Arrears of salary..Final instalment of Arrears were paid in March 2018.
