Suppose in area where ESIC is applicable, so which one is suitable? WC or ESIC Policy...
In this case, what is more beneficial insurance for the employee, both for contractual workers and other office staff
work under payroll of organization like construction.
Second if WC policy covers the accident, disease then what is the meaning to take ESIC..please elaborate...
Third: If staff went on leave got an accident (occurs while going personal work) during the employment, then whether he/she can get the benefit under WC..
