Dear Sir/Madam,
As I work in a company from last 6 years and due to some reporting manager mis- understanding, firstly he stop my annual increment(less than 5-6 % to others) then increase my work additional branch operation and when I deny for same the they give order for removal without notice period.
Now it completed 3 months but they hold my final settlement.
Kindly help and suggest for best as i get me settlement amount as soon as possible.

by this time you should have corresponded with the Employer regarding your dues like, Gratuity, leave encashment etc.You are eligible for interest @10% for belated payment of gratuity.initiate action immediately with your Employer

They firstly ask for resignation from my side. and not ready to give notice period and if this removal from company side then i am intelligible for notice period form company 2 months notice salary.
Kindly suggest for same.

As I work in L&T power at NPCIL,Rawatbhata,Kota,Raj-32303 from last 5 years and due to some personal problem I resigned my duty.There HR/IR personnel Samir Kumar Das not give me any F&F payment except Bonus amount.
This type of HR/IR personnel is not good for these company workmen.

Dear Satyajit, you have not clarified details of Full & Final Settlement due to you.Please note that you were EMPLOYED in a Company.Consequently, make written complaint to the Employer detailing the dues.Being a HR Executibe, by this time you should have done this.There is no point in blaming HR Manager.Rather take the help of Forum Members & pursue the matter vigorously

Not only in India, world wide companies are creative problems for their employees. The work culture is going biased day by day. No policies are adhered.
Its a question mark now a days. In offer letter many companies do not mention as to after the acceptance of Resignation the settlement will be done. Once you start calling many kind of excuses are given. It can be accepted that if any issue was there at the employee end then the company has the authority to do all necessary things.

I work was works in a company branch office and work from last 6 years and company gives only 6% increment this year and when I ask for same they said its due to my performance. and same month increase responsibility handle additional branch. when I say which is not possible in same salary then next month they make pre-plan to remove me without any notice like they warn me 12 dec for my work is not proper(because I deny to take additional branch responsibility)and same month said to me 31 dec is last day.They not give any prior notice like as per rule i work more then 5 years so they are liable to pay notice salary 1 or 2 month. When i communicate through mail they not respond and when i call to them they said firstly you give resignation then we trf. your F&F settlement.
I need your help on same matter.Kindly guide and suggest me for same as i get my F& F settlement gratuity and Leave E.S. and notice salary.

Thanks for your detailed reply.But vital details like, your Designation, last Drawn Gross Salary, Details about Employer, Terms & conditions of your Appointment Letter,have you stopped going for work are not provided.Nevertheless
1.You are entitled for Notice Pay as mentioned in your Appointment Letter mutually agrees & accepted by Employee & Employer
2.You are entitled for Gratuity, if you have put in more than continuous Service of 5 Years.Furnish Date of Joining, Date of Leaving, Last Drawn Basic Salary, DA/VDA:
3. You are also entiled for Encashment of Leave lying in your Credit
4.If your Basic+DA+VDA was Rs21,000/-PM & below, you will be entitled for Bonus for FY 2017-18
5.DEC-2017 Salary, if not received
I hope this will comprise of your Full & Final
