Kindly do let me know , is it neccesary to keep Basic salary equal to Minimum Wages ??
Let say Min Wages is 10,000 and Person is getting 10000 as his Gross salary .
In such case , Do we need to structure his Basic and Gross as same .
or we can keep Basic salary as 50% of Gross i.e. 5000/-
