What s the solution if a middle age man got a new job sent to africa got sick with wrong work/living conditions vp s mail admired his work honesty talked for further promotion approved medical treatment in india after being back in india he was fired without any reason/information till now? no response has been given so far for this physical mental and financial harassment. can someone please help?
Termination while in overseas
Hi there i am wondering if an employee be terminated if she doesnot give prior notice and moves overseas on her own and sends in a resignation letter. according to me it is just recklessness towards work/ anauthorised absence to work and taking client project/support for granted. unfortunately i dont have any supporting policy that underlines for termination if ran overseas. but i find that this recklessness should not be left unpunished since i dont run an ngo and try to just be good and nice to everyone. pls. share your views on this. lets analyse
Overseas manpower license (oml) requirement - plans to supply manpower to the middle east and singapore regions
Dear seniors i am sure this topic has already been discussed in the previous forums. i would really appreciate if someone can help me clarify on these questions 1. does a consultancy require a oml overseas manpower license if they are dealing with whitecollar jobs or bluecollar jobs as i have plans to supply manpower to the middle east and singapore regions. 2.in the ministry of commerce website it s mentioned that a security deposit has to be made for the issuance of license my question is " is it easy to get the license and normally how long does it take?. 3.i have started a consultancy to cater to the local manpower requirements i get a lot of inquires from applicants looking for jobs overseas can i work as a subagent and have tie ups with consultancy s who are already having a license i read somewhere that its illegal to work as a subagent and it will attract a penalty if it gets to poe s knowledge. thank you for viewing this thread and i am more thankful to people who reply me with their thoughts anwar sadat

are a lot: i feel that lot of in when with are made to do work this is due to the fact that does not have to u.s. in u.s make work for more than 8 hrs but if they do they pay them here in like us do 14 & to this of "use & lot of us are out is good of our post your to me & on this love u guyz

Hello team we have started a small time consulting company basically in to recruitment services and we have got couple of overseas client. we have placed people overseas and we have an agreeement only on basic and we will not charge any service charges for them. do we need to pay any service tax for the money coming from overseas. is overseas money taxable. please hlep. regards ram.
