Dear Friends,
Would like to share you a very interesting and helpful information that the Court can summon the accused through the watsapp or any other digital mode even!
This is a appreciable move on the part of Judiciary to speed up the process for those parties who either live far away or are willfully escaping the Court's Summon. I hope it will help those Advocates who are fed-up of producing servicing of summons in the Court to further process the hearing.
In gist in this internet era we should also take its furthermost benefits even. Though as advised by the concern Advocate that in order to opt for the digital mode it is always viable to try out the other modes of summoning as referred in the Statute.
Please find the order copy fro the attacment.

Dear Friends,
In continuation of the above thread, would like to inform you that the concerned Court opined that when it is found double tick mark in the Whatsapp, it will amount to DELIVERY OF SUMMONS and will be a prima-facie evidence.
I am posting this information to you because no one is again subjected to victimize or delay in delivering of Justice in the name of 'Service of Summons Not Served' resulting deprived of Justice.
Moreover any Concerned Court may not grant this as a precedent but we can actually make a remarkable submission before the Court referring this observation which is not an observation of any High Court or Supreme Court but of a lower Court!! The fact is that it do not need any procedure to deliver Justice but a proper mindset and intention to deliver it!!
Please get the order copy for your reference.
