I am currently working in a 30 people company need to make MIS where I can map details of Employees with their productivity, Skills, and project wise. Basically looking for costing related also. Complete MIS which covers employee details and their work. Tried searching from the old posts but could not get an exact post of format I am looking for. Please help.

Measurement of organisation's productivity in general employee productivity in particular is part of what kind of Performance Management System (PMS) you have. The PMS that I am referring to quite comprehensive and not just Performance Appraisal (PA) that is done at the end of the year.
