Hello all, I am Rajasekhar, i would like to know one thing regarding ABSCONDING from bpo company. One of my friend was absconded from HGS BPO job and he got a notice regarding due, for not followed notice period and ID card not returned.
Now the HGS is asking to my friend to pay 10,000 approximately. Should he pay it or can he take lite??
Please tell me.

What were the terms and conditions of appointment?
Absconding from duty is not good and has a bad effect on your employment potential.
Either you have to hide a gap in CV or you get some legal problems.
ID card needs to be returned as it is not your property.
As far Rs10000 is concerned depends on terms and conditions in your duly accepted appointment order.
