Attendance registers are maintained for guards. OT done and for what purpose and authorised by whom is maintained in OT register. What black and white Govt notification do you want?

The Attendance registers,OT registers and wages registers are the documents to follow. These are the black & white government prescriped registers for maintaining daily attendance, over time(if worked beyond 8 hours) and wages registers which gives waht amount a guard received during the mont as wages & OT.
