Kindly guide me , Where I can use CFT i.e. Cross functional Team? which areas, problems can be covered?
CFTs are useful to study problems which cut across different functional areas, for example improving attendance and punctuality, implementation of 5-S etc. If the problematic issue is confined to a single functional area, say giving better look to the product, may be CFT is not needed.

In all operations CFT can be useful.
As suggested by learned friend KK!HR, it can be used for HR issues,beyond that the production issues like Product quality,Non Conformations in quality,Safety issues,skill gap reduction,improving overall efficiencies etc also can be fruitful in engaged in CFT.
