Hello please help me . I have make presentation on the subject. Strategy on ways to recruit 10 people for the role of sales. Should include sources , budget and time.

First and foremost, identify the rolls of sales parson required to be identified, and his required knowledge. education background, and soft skills to sell the identified product to customer (whether it is OE costumer or After market costumer), keep in mind product quality acceptance / demand in the market, brand image, as they play a important roll in sales.
Then find out the sourcing, ( availability, geographical location, and identification of person whether internal or external, if external is it through advertisement or through man power placement agency) and the time factor to be involved to be taken in to consideration. Every source has some cost involved in it. Find out the Budget vs Expenditure, if required get it approved in advance.
Prepare a project / Gantt chart created using Microsoft Project (MSP)with critical path and non-critical activities.
