Hello, I got new UAN from new employer and the epf passbook shows that new employer is depositing fund regularly. I have already updated my KYC. Now inorder to merge old and new Uan I tried to make an epf transfer(from old to new) request from new UAN account.But it say Online claim request cannot be processed as :- Present employer has not made payment in your PF account. Please help me in merging UAN and resolving this error.
Both the UAN are different however my details are same. The DOJ for second organization where a new UAN was created is 3rd October 2016.
