I need a clarifications for my below doubts
1. what is unified annual return in Form XXIV under CLRA amendment rules - Anyone done the same in Labour department portal
2. I hope we all received that registers maintaining under labour laws is simplified and some of the registers are removed and all whether it came into force? if do so what are all the registers as per Tamilnadu State rules.
Can anyone please share to upgrade my knowledge please.

Fom XXIV is a annual return, which has submitted by principal employer to labour office for declaration of their contracts.

Earlier form XXIV submitted by contractors half yearly, but now, it is being unified for principal employers & Contractors & that is Form XXV, once in year, before end of 1 Feb.

Dear Members,
Shram Suvidha Portal only allows filing of Annual Return.
And, as per the act, Annual return is to be filed by PE.
There is no facility on the Shram Suvidha Portal to file Half Yearly Returns which as per the act is to be filed by Contractors...
My organisation received an email notification to file Annual Returns on the portal, which we did. But what about half yearly return? are we still required to file it as a "contractor"?
While on the subject of Labour Returns, my organisation has been allotted multiple LINs and we have also filed a "remove duplicate LIN" request on the portal about 6 months back but no action has been taken by the concerned dept. When we inquired with the CLC, they told us that the de-duplication will be done by NIC and telephone inquiry/request at their toll free number has also not resulted in any progress. Has any one faced such an issue and how did you resolve it? Any input will be much appreciated.
