i am aarti thakur working in an advisory firm as a HR recruiter there is so much pressure for freshers recruitment .
the attrition rate is so high in an advisory . my humble request to all HR professionals please provide me some guidelines that could be helpful for me.

b. What organization need to do so that employee will not leave?
c. Does your organization climate make people comfortable while being associated with you?
d. Does your organization provide sufficient guarantee for career growth?
